What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition, Charlotte, can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

Outside food & beverage, anything that may disturb other patrons.
